Fareya Azfar & Araoui LLP is an international arbitration, litigation and private capital boutique founded in 2019 by two former Big Law practitioners. We act for owner-managed businesses, single-family offices, private investors and commercially exposed principals in high-stakes disputes, cross-border proceedings and complex investment matters.

Capital Raising
We advise on capital raising for private businesses, investment platforms, asset-backed ventures, and sponsor-led opportunities. This includes founder and investor negotiations, subscription terms, shareholder protections, preferred economics, convertible instruments, private credit arrangements, security packages, side letters, co-investment rights, and strategic investor participation.
Enforcement and Asset Tracing
We have assisted clients in successully resisting and enforcing local and foreign court orders under local civil procedure laws, NY Convention and Arbitration legislation.
