Fareya Azfar & Araoui LLP is an international arbitration, litigation and private capital boutique founded in 2019 by two former Big Law practitioners. We act for owner-managed businesses, single-family offices, private investors and commercially exposed principals in high-stakes disputes, cross-border proceedings and complex investment matters.
Our model is deliberately senior and partner-led. Clients work directly with experienced counsel, not through layers of staffing. They come to us when the matter is sensitive, urgent or strategically important — and when they need clear, practical advice from a trusted legal strategist.
